We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-driven Chief Growth Officer to lead our company's revenue growth strategy and position the organization to achieve 10x revenue growth over the next 7 years. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy across Private Duty Nursing (PDN), Personal Assistance Services (PAS), and Hospice — building scalable referral networks, strategic partnerships, physician and hospital relationships, managed care partnerships, community outreach programs, and high-performing business development teams.

The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with operational execution, using data, analytics, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, expand into new markets, increase referral volume, improve conversion rates, and strengthen our brand throughout Texas. Success will be measured by sustained revenue growth, increased census, market expansion, referral diversification, and achievement of long-term strategic growth objectives.

This is a transformational executive leadership position — not a traditional marketing role — responsible for helping build one of Texas' premier Medicaid home health and hospice organizations.

Strategic Growth Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive 3–7 year strategic growth plan to achieve 10x revenue growth

Identify new service lines, geographic expansion opportunities, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships

Build scalable growth systems that support rapid expansion while maintaining operational excellence

Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and Operations leadership to align growth initiatives with organizational capacity and profitability

Business Development & Sales

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team

Develop sales strategies that increase referrals across PDN, PAS, and Hospice

Establish referral goals, sales metrics, territory plans, and accountability systems

Create predictable referral pipelines that consistently increase admissions and census

Develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, managed care organizations, and community partners

Strategic Partnerships

Develop relationships with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), hospitals, physician groups, schools, pediatric specialists, and community organizations

Negotiate strategic partnerships that expand referral opportunities and market presence

Identify opportunities for preferred provider agreements and long-term referral partnerships

Marketing & Brand Development

Lead all marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and market reputation

Develop integrated marketing strategies across digital marketing, community outreach, physician engagement, networking, public  relations, and events

Ensure marketing efforts generate measurable referral growth and ROI

Build a recognizable healthcare brand throughout Texas

Market Expansion

Conduct market research to identify underserved markets and high-growth opportunities

Develop market entry strategies for new cities and regions

Evaluate acquisition opportunities and strategic affiliations; support due diligence and integration for future acquisitions

Data, Analytics & Performance

Develop dashboards monitoring referral sources, admissions, conversion rates, census growth, revenue by payer and service line, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and ROI on marketing investment

Use market intelligence and performance analytics to continuously refine growth strategies

Build forecasting models for future census, revenue, and market expansion

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Experience building and leading high-performing sales and business development teams

Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

Home Health, Hospice, Private Duty Nursing, or Medicaid healthcare experience
