We're looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for a company that has grown 300% in the last five years, to lead revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across the Midwest region. This is a senior leadership role with direct responsibility for driving top-line performance and scaling our regional presence.
What You'll Do • Own and execute the Midwest growth strategy
• Drive revenue through new client acquisition, account expansion, and partnerships
• Lead and develop high-performing sales and growth teams
• Identify new markets, verticals, and go-to-market opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations
• Represent the company with key clients and industry stakeholders
What We're Looking For Proven growth or revenue leadership experience (CGO, CRO, VP Growth, VP Sales)
Strong familiarity with Midwest markets and regional business dynamics
Track record of building and scaling revenue teams
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Data-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented leader
