We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our organization as Vice President of Growth & Strategy and play a central role in the next chapter of our expansion.

Mahler Sotheby's International Realty has created a new role to significantly expand its geographic footprint, attract and develop exceptional real estate professionals, strengthen the resources and services available to our agents, and identify new opportunities that will allow the company to serve clients and agents at an even higher level.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, business development, and a genuine understanding of what real estate professionals need to build successful businesses.

The company has a strong reputation and a differentiated position in the market. The next phase is about leveraging that foundation to build substantial and sustainable growth.

The Opportunity

The Vice President of Growth & Strategy will be responsible for the development and execution of the company's multi-year growth strategy.

This role is a leadership role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to help shape where the company goes, how it grows and what it becomes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Growth & Market Expansion

• Evaluate opportunities to establish new offices, recruit established teams, enter new markets and develop strategic partnerships.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, complementary services, affiliations and acquisitions that can strengthen the company's business model.
• Establish measurable growth objectives and develop the strategies, resources and accountability necessary to achieve them.
• Lead selected strategic projects from concept through implementation and establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure the success of these initiatives.

Leadership & Culture

• Serve as a visible ambassador for the company's brand, culture and vision and represent the company with professionalism and discretion in the Wisconsin real estate community.
• Help create a culture that attracts ambitious, entrepreneurial and service-oriented professionals.

Agent Services & Value Proposition

• Evaluate the tools and resources currently available to agents and identify opportunities to create additional services that make the brokerage increasingly valuable to both existing and prospective agents.
• Continuously assess the company's agent value proposition against competing luxury and independent brokerages.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an individual who combines business acumen with entrepreneurial energy and exceptional relationship-building skills. More important than a specific title is a demonstrated ability to attract talent, create growth and turn strategy into results.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrated success in real estate brokerage, business development, sales leadership or a related growth-oriented role.
• A track record of leading and developing high-performing professionals and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of the Wisconsin residential real estate market and its key participants.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• A high level of professionalism, discretion and integrity with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client and agent experience.

An active Wisconsin real estate license is highly desirable, although candidates from adjacent industries with relevant growth, recruiting or business-development experience will also be considered.

Compensation:

The compensation range will include a competitive base, annual performance-based incentives and benefits. The package will also include a long-term incentive plans for the right person.
