Chief Hospitalist

Holyoke Medical Center is an independent community hospital that has served the healthcare needs of the Pioneer Valley for over 125 years. We continue to grow and address the needs of our community through quality and patient centered care. We are seeking a physician to provide leadership and management for the Hospitalist Service, to work cooperatively and supportively with hospital administration and medical staff toensure availability, quality, and effective use of Hospitalist services. Willprovide significant input into the preparation of theHospitalist service budget, monitor community needs and provide significant input into acute inpatient needs of the community. REQUIREMENTS:Current license from the Mass. Board of Registration in Medicine; current DEA License; Current license from the Mass. Dept. of Public Health for a controlled substance license; Board certified or Board eligible in clinical specialty. Three years of experience in inpatient acute care medicine.
