The Rate App serves as a comprehensive wellness hub, supporting both financial and personal well-being. Our strategy begins with leveraging our extensive base of over 1 million existing customers and thousands of sales professionals that cross-sell a wide range of financial service products.

Job Description:

The GOAL of the Chief Marketing Officer is to aggressively build out a consumer direct business by getting over 5 million App downloads within the next 2 years and cross selling to those consumers.
As we expand, we plan to introduce dozens of additional products and deepen the functionality of our personal wellness hub for both financial and personal wellness. To help us achieve this vision, we are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer who has successfully built a national consumer direct business. The ideal candidate will have a clear and tested playbook for scaling through paid social, organic social, partnerships with micro and macro influencers, podcast sponsorships, and other high-impact marketing channels. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who knows how to build the right team and organizational structure to execute at the highest level and bring our vision to life.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in B2C fintech, mortgage, or a consumer-driven industry.
• Deep expertise in digital performance marketing—you’ve scaled customer acquisition engines, and your historical experience prove it.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and agencies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset—you don’t wait for direction, you create it.
