The GOAL of the Chief Marketing Officer is to aggressively build out a consumer direct business by getting over 5 million App downloads within the next 2 years and cross selling to those consumers.
As we expand, we plan to introduce dozens of additional products and deepen the functionality of our personal wellness hub for both financial and personal wellness. To help us achieve this vision, we are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer who has successfully built a national consumer direct business. The ideal candidate will have a clear and tested playbook for scaling through paid social, organic social, partnerships with micro and macro influencers, podcast sponsorships, and other high-impact marketing channels. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who knows how to build the right team and organizational structure to execute at the highest level and bring our vision to life.
