Key Responsibilities
Lead overall marketing and brand strategy for USA Branch
Develop campaigns supporting artists, music releases, tours, and major projects
Oversee digital, social media, content, partnerships, and fan engagement
Lead marketing teams, agencies, and external partners
Manage marketing budgets, performance, and campaign planning
Identify U.S. market trends and new audience growth opportunities
Partner with global headquarters and cross-functional leadership
Requirements
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
Strong background in entertainment, music, media, or consumer brands preferred
Proven experience leading high-impact campaigns and building brands
Strong knowledge of digital platforms, social media, and youth/pop culture
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
Bilingual in English & Korean
