We are seeking a
visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will lead our marketing strategy and execution, driving FUERTE into its next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a
comprehensive marketing strategy to scale FUERTE nationwide.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, healthcare conferences, partnerships).
• Drive
user acquisition, engagement, and retention through creative and data-driven strategies.
• Build and lead a
high-performing marketing team to support rapid growth.
• Oversee
PR, media outreach, and partnerships with healthcare organizations, universities, and industry leaders.
Ideal Candidate
• 7+ years senior marketing leadership (CMO, VP of Marketing, or equivalent).
• Proven success scaling *healthcare tech, SaaS, or consumer apps*.
• Experience with *brand building, digital campaigns, and growth marketing*.
• Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and HIPAA-compliant communications.
• Strategic leader with *hands-on execution ability*—from big-picture growth plans to detailed campaign rollouts.
