We are only considering candidates who meet the following minimum criteria<\/b>:

  • Proven Track Record:<\/b> Demonstrated success in scaling at least one consumer/DTC/B2C brand from $80MM to $300MM+ in revenue (or beyond).

  • Leadership Tenure:<\/b> Held a VP/CMO role for at least 2–5+ years<\/b> in a single organization.
    <\/li>
  • DTC Marketing Expertise:<\/b> A significant portion of the company’s growth under your leadership must have been driven by direct response advertising and marketing<\/b>, paired with strong brand -building capabilities<\/b>.
