Chief Marketing Officer Digitate

Job Description:

Lead the global marketing organization and drive the full marketing agenda across product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, branding, public relations, analyst relations, channel marketing, marketing analytics and events. Create and own the go-to-market strategy for new products and solutions, strengthening market recognition and supporting sustainable growth.

Key accountabilities

1. Team building and organization structure

• Manage existing team and Grow the global marketing organization by hiring strategic talent replacements and new.
• Analyze marketing organization structure periodically and make required changes with explicit ownership and accountability.
• Create role tagging with clear role definitions, goals and assignments.
• Define marketing KPIs with quarterly achievement targets.

2. Brand and market recognition

• Establish market positioning by driving leadership in key analyst reports.
• Increase overall brand recognition across relevant markets and audiences.
• Improve social growth across established social channels.
• Strengthen competitive positioning through high ratings on peer-review sites.

3. Demand generation and growth marketing

• Establish direct and indirect lead-generation opportunities.
• Define funnel metrics, lead scoring and lead-flow governance.
• Establish HubSpot for marketing automation, campaign execution and tracking.
• Introduce SEO and SEM campaigns focused on competitive keyword positioning.

4. Product and partner marketing

• Lead integrated product releases to market.
• Revamp and launch the partner program.
• Increase the velocity of high-value content and collateral.
• Enable field representatives and drive SDR and partner enablement.

5. Ecosystem and customer marketing

• Create and initiate a Customer Advisory Board.
• Launch a product free trial.
• Publish customer stories and testimonials.
• Increase customer engagement through communications.

6. AI-led marketing leadership

• Define an AI-first marketing strategy that positions Digitate as a credible leader in agentic AI and autonomous enterprise operations.
• Embed generative and agentic AI across market intelligence, content creation, campaign personalization, customer engagement and marketing operations to improve speed, quality and measurable impact.
• Build an AI-literate marketing organization that combines human judgment and creativity with responsible, secure and transparent use of AI.
• Partner with product, sales and customer teams to translate technical AI capabilities into differentiated narratives, compelling use cases and outcome-led customer stories.

Success measure:

1. Establish Digitate as the leader in Agentic Operations (Analyst mentions, Media mentions, Thought leadership engagement)

2. Generate 30% Qualified pipeline (Buyer centric messaging, message resonance scores, win rate improvement)

3. Create 50+ measurable customer outcome stories across all industry verticals (Referenceable accounts, case studies created, influence on pipeline)

4. Move Digitate into Category Leadership position (Category awareness, share of voice, Analyst positioning)

5. Build Product Lead Demand Engine, (Content-Trial-Workshop-Business Case), Interactive Demos, Sandboxes, Use Case simulators, ROI calculators, AI maturity assessments, buyer centric messaging, capability centric messaging)

6. Build an influential SRE/Operations community

Salary Range: $250,000 - $340,000 a year
