Chief Medical Officer

Multi-specialty physician group – Executive leadership role overseeing clinical operations, quality, and value-based care across primary and specialty care services.

Quick job details:

• Setting: On-site corporate position.
• Schedule: Full-time
• Job Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited institution, Board Certified in a clinical specialty, and an active unrestricted U.S. medical license. Candidates should have 10+ years of clinical experience, including at least 5 years in a medical leadership or executive role within a multispecialty or large group practice. Experience leading value-based care, population health, and quality improvement initiatives is required, along with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and clinical best practices. Candidates should possess excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, budgeting, and physician engagement skills. A Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or MPH) and experience with EHRs, clinical analytics, ACOs, risk-based contracts, and physician integration are preferred.
