Ascension Seton Hays is looking for a Chief Medical Officer to join our team!

 

Location: Kyle, Texas

Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

How you'll make an impact in this role:

Provide the overall clinical vision for the organization and oversees clinical activities and quality across the organization.

  • Lead and implement the clinical direction for the organization.
  • Oversee the monitoring, measurement and quality improvement of clinical care.
  • Collaborate, develop, and lead the implementation of operational plans.
  • Develop and implement strategic goals related to the quality improvement and management programs.
  • Oversee residency program(s) and maintain a competitive stance in recruiting graduates of the program.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • One or more of the following required:
    • Physician MD/DO obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
