Central Ohio Primary Care (COPC) is seeking a full time Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at our central business office in Westerville, OH. The CMO serves as COPC's senior clinical leader, responsible for the quality, consistency, and direction of clinical practice across more than 80 sites and approximately 450 physicians and 150 APPs. The CMO sets the clinical strategy, shapes operational policy, and ensures that COPC's care delivery model reflects both its commitment to patients and its identity as an independent, physician-led organization.
The CMO leads COPC's physician wellbeing program — not as a peripheral initiative, but as a core organizational priority — championing the conditions that allow physicians to practice sustainably and with purpose.
The CMO reports to the CEO and works in close partnership with operational, administrative, and quality leadership to ensure that clinical programs are integrated, effective, and continuously improving.
