  • Directs management of multifunctional Contact Centers in separate geographic locations, as well as the planning, directing and management of the NPC. nt
  • Has delegated authority from the General Services Administration through the Department of Commerce for the operation and maintenance of the facility where it is located. nt
  • Participates in the planning and formulation of Census Bureau policy and Census Bureau program and operational systems and procedures, advising in the areas of available and/or anticipated manpower and facilities, program costs, and operational experiences. nt
  • Is responsible for preparation of accurate cost estimates and budget forecasts for both the immediate future and to meet the long-range budgetary needs of the division. n
