Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital - Arlington is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. This was a de novo facility that has been serving the community since 2010. The hospital has 20 inpatient beds, 18 observation beds, and a 2 bed ED that sees 80 patients per month. There are 10 OR’s and 2 PR’s where 1,200 to 1,500 surgical cases are done per month. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of Orthopedics, Spine and Pain Management. 280 FTE’s work at Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital - Arlington with a medical staff of 170 physicians. Patient experience scores are consistently in the 95th to 96th percentile.
The ideal candidate for this role will either have Surgical Hospital or other Hospital Leadership experience.
