We are looking for a Hospital CEO to lead our 50 bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas.

Job Details

• Oversee all hospital operations and continuously assess and improve performance
• Own the patient census and actively market our services in the community
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, Governing Board and Medical Staff policies, and Joint Commission standards
• Lead 10 to 12 direct reports and build a culture that empowers staff to exceed objectives
• Maintain financial stability through budget oversight, expense control, and volume growth

Requirements

• 5 plus years of healthcare management experience, including 2 to 3 years in senior management
• Hospital-based CEO or COO experience strongly preferred; post-acute leadership considered with proven results
• Experience with hospital operations, budget development and oversight, FTE management, and expense control
• Track record of marketing for volume growth and program development
• Master's in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred (equivalent work experience accepted)
