Shift/Hours: Variable  
Required Skills: 

• 
  Minimum of 5 years management experience  
  

• 
  Minimum of 4 years in BH, Critical Care, ED, or ICU

  Masters required  
  

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• 
  Manage daily nursing operations, staffing, and productivity 
  

• 
  Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance 
  

• 
  Lead hiring, training, performance, and staff accountability 
  

• 
  Monitor census/acuity and adjust resources 
  

• 
  Oversee quality, safety, infection control, and incident management 
  

• 
  Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams 
  

• 
  Manage budgets, supplies, and clinical documentation 
  

• 
  Support surveys, audits, and strategic planning
