Chief of Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery

Position Highlights:
- Shape and scale the pediatric orthopedic program
- High acuity pediatric cases
- Work in a collaborative, physician-led culture
- 1:8 call structure
- Academic appointment with Baylor College of Medicine
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation starting at $645,000
- $50K sign-on bonus

Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship trained in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure
- Interest in program development and clinical growth
