About The Role

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the right hand to the CEO: a hungry, and sharp operator who can turn strategy into action. This is not a note-taking or calendar-management role. This person will sit at the center of the business, translate the CEO’s priorities into executable plans, and drive follow-through across the executive team, revenue operations, and special projects.

The ideal candidate is post-MBA with 1–2 years of experience, or has 5–8 years of strong operating, consulting, or legal experience without an advanced degree. A background at a top-tier management consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG or similar) is ideal; a JD paired with strong operational instincts is also welcome. This person leads without needing a title to do it: they live for systems, process, and follow-through, and they are personable enough to move easily between the CEO, the executive team, site leaders, and outside partners.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & CEO Partnership: Serve as the CEO’s right hand, translating strategic priorities into structured plans, clear ownership, and measurable execution. Build and run the CEO’s operating rhythm across weekly priorities, executive team follow-ups, decision tracking, and board and investor preparation. Lead high-priority initiatives that cut across functions, including new market launches, organizational priorities, and other work requiring centralized leadership and coordination. Prepare executive briefings, board materials, and communications, participate in key meetings, and ensure decisions consistently translate into action.

Business Systems & Operating Cadence: Build the infrastructure that allows a fast-growing, multi-site organization to operate without relying on the CEO as the central point of coordination. Design and maintain dashboards, trackers, decision logs, meeting cadences, and accountability mechanisms that create visibility and keep priorities moving. Identify where processes are missing, fragmented, or no longer fit for scale and proactively build the solution. Partner with Operations Excellence and the executive team to standardize how priorities and projects move from idea through decision, execution, and follow-through.

Special Projects & Cross-Functional Execution: Step into high-priority, ambiguous, or time-sensitive initiatives where the business needs additional structure, ownership, or execution capacity. Establish the workplan, align stakeholders, clarify decision rights, surface risks and dependencies, and drive initiatives through completion. Operate across functions without becoming a substitute for functional ownership, creating momentum and accountability until the appropriate long-term operating model is established.

Temporary Revenue Operations Support: Provide dedicated, time-bound support to maintain continuity across Revenue Operations during an approximately eight-month leadership gap. Own reporting cadence, cross-functional coordination, and follow-through on active initiatives, partnering closely with Revenue and Site Operations to keep ticketing, F&B, retail, and events workstreams on track. Maintain visibility into priorities, dependencies, and decisions so revenue initiatives continue moving without disruption. This scope is intentionally temporary and layered onto the core Chief of Staff mandate rather than representing a permanent reassignment of Revenue Operations ownership.

Executive & Office Management: Build the support structure that protects the CEO’s time and enables effective leadership across a multi-market business. Manage the CEO’s outsourced executive assistant, providing prioritization, quality control, and day-to-day direction. Oversee complex scheduling and travel logistics, anticipating needs and resolving conflicts before they become constraints. Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and filter for information, meetings, and requests, using judgment to distinguish what requires the CEO’s attention from what can be resolved or redirected elsewhere.

What Success Looks Like: CEO and enterprise priorities move faster because ownership, decisions, and follow-through are consistently driven to completion. The executive team operates through a shared cadence with greater visibility and accountability, and scalable systems replace CEO-dependent coordination. Revenue Operations maintains continuity throughout the temporary leadership gap without distracting from the broader Chief of Staff mandate. Most importantly, the CEO relies on this role for judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving, not simply task execution.

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 USD, dependent on experience, as well as an annual bonus and options.

  • Strong systems and process orientation, with experience building infrastructure that enables scale.
  • Exceptional judgment, including the ability to prioritize what requires CEO attention.
