We are supporting our client on a search for a Chief of Staff who will be the right hand to a founder and CEO at a fast-growing company. This is one of the most leveraged, high-trust seats in modern business: you will see every part of the company, drive the priorities that matter most, and build the muscles for future executive roles.

You will work hybrid out of a beautiful NYC office three days per week. We are open to ex-consultants from MBB or top boutique firms, ex-investment bankers, senior operators ready for a step up, and current Chiefs of Staff at smaller companies looking for more scale.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the right hand to a founder or CEO across day-to-day priorities
  • Own the company operating cadence including weekly leadership meetings, monthly reviews, and quarterly planning
  • Drive cross-functional projects from kickoff through outcome
  • Prepare board materials, investor updates, and all-hands content
  • Build internal communication systems and cultural rhythms
  • Step into special projects across product, finance, people, and operations
  • Translate the CEOs priorities into clear plans for the leadership team
  • Hire and build the broader Chief of Staff and Strategy function over time

Requirements

  • 5 plus years across consulting, investment banking, operations, finance, or chief-of-staff roles
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive outcomes without authority
  • Strong written communication and ability to build polished documents and decks
  • High judgment, discretion, and intellectual honesty
  • Hybrid presence in the NYC office at least three days per week
  • Bachelors degree from a top program; MBA a plus but not required

Benefits

  • Hybrid work environment with a beautiful NYC office
  • Competitive base salary plus annual bonus
  • Equity participation
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave
  • Commuter benefits and catered meals
  • Direct mentorship from the CEO and leadership team
