    The Opportunity: Chief of Staff


    Location: New York City


    Reports to: Senior Leadership

    Position Overview

    The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, helping translate priorities into clear plans and consistent execution. This role will support operating rhythms, cross-functional coordination, strategic initiatives, and executive decision-making.

    The position offers broad exposure across the organization and the opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibility over time.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage key priorities and operating rhythms.
    • Translate leadership direction into clear plans, owners, and deadlines.
    • Track progress against organizational goals and performance measures.
    • Coordinate execution across multiple teams and functions.
    • Support strategic planning and other high-priority initiatives.
    • Prepare meetings, presentations, and decision-making materials.
    • Review operational and financial information to identify issues and opportunities.
    • Improve communication, accountability, and organizational alignment.
    • Identify execution gaps and help resolve cross-functional challenges.
    • Represent senior leadership in meetings when appropriate.
    • Manage special projects from planning through completion.
    • Support administrative and organizational priorities as needed.


    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytical, and adaptable professional with strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills. Strong candidates will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with limited direction, and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.


    Relevant experience may include consulting, military leadership, operations, business development, project management, or a previous Chief of Staff role. A low-ego mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across teams are important.


    Work Environment & Travel

    New York City. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring periodic travel.


    Compensation

    Base Salary: $200K–$250K plus equity and benefits.
