Chief of Staff
Department: Office of the President
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)



Position Summary
The Chief of Staff provides strategic and operational support to the CEO and executive team, ensuring the effective management of organizational priorities and initiatives. This role acts as a bridge between the CEO, senior leadership, and staff, coordinating cross-functional projects, monitoring organizational performance, and facilitating decision-making. The Chief of Staff ensures that the CEO can focus on high-level strategy, external relationships, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Strategic Planning
  • Support the CEO in managing organizational priorities, initiatives, and projects.
  • Coordinate and track progress on strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Operational Coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, staff, and Board members.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support planning and execution of key events, meetings, and organizational initiatives.

Stakeholder Relations
  • Support engagement with external partners, funders, and community stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Mentor and support staff on organizational processes and project management.
  • Lead or participate in special projects as assigned by the CEO.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Other Duties
  • Attend and represent the CEO at meetings, events, and public functions as needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the CEO to meet organizational priorities.

Work Environment & Requirements
  • Regular presence at the Clubhouse during program hours, with some evening or weekend activities as needed.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk frequently throughout the day.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must pass a background check and fingerprint verification.
