Strategic Program Lead / Chief of Staff (Contract Opportunity)
Vaco is partnering with a leading organization to identify a Strategic Program Lead who will serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to senior executives. This highly visible role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at influencing stakeholders, and can successfully move strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
Key responsibilities include driving strategic planning efforts, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing executive communications, facilitating organizational alignment, and supporting large-scale operational and change management activities. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with hands-on project leadership and exceptional emotional intelligence.
Qualifications:
Location: San Antonio, TX or Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
Duration: 12-month contract with potential for long-term opportunities
