Midtown Home Improvements—a $76 million home remodeling leader with five locations—is looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO and leadership team to keep our internal operations running at full throttle.

What You'll Do:

• Act as the right hand to the CEO—streamlining internal operations and ensuring day-to-day priorities are aligned with company goals

• Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and executive leadership team

• Manage and track key internal initiatives and business operations projects

• Drive clarity, accountability, and execution across departments

• Prepare reports, internal communications, and meeting agendas

• Help anticipate problems, remove roadblocks, and proactively solve issues

• Create and refine internal processes to support rapid growth

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in high-level operations, project management, or executive support

• Strong understanding of business processes and internal communications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate C-suite dynamics

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-speed environment

• Strategic thinker with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through

Helpful Backgrounds May Include:

• Director of Operations or Senior Operations Manager

• Executive Assistant to CEO or C-suite with strategic responsibilities

• Business Consultant or Project Manager with a focus on organizational effectiveness

• Military leadership experience with high accountability and team coordination

• MBA or other advanced business training is a plus, but not required
