Salary: $300K+ base salary, plus performance-based incentives

A growing neurology and neurosurgery provider group is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to oversee daily operations, optimize organizational performance, and drive business growth. This executive will manage cross-functional teams, support department leaders, ensure operational efficiency, and expand the practice by developing new hospital partnerships and provider contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day medical operations across multiple departments.
• Manage and mentor staff while supporting department managers with workflow planning and execution.
• Drive business development by securing new hospital contracts and cultivating relationships with healthcare executives.
• Ensure efficient operations and support the continued growth of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in medical operations with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Proven success in business development and provider relations within the healthcare industry.
• Experience managing medical staff and cross-functional teams.
• Background in leadership roles such as Head of Clinical Operations, Head of Provider Relations, Head of Faculty Practice, or a similar executive position preferred.

Location: Manhattan and Westchester, NY
Compensation: $300K+ base salary, plus incentives tied to business growth.
