Hybrid Opportunity
 $170,000–$190,000

As Chief of Staff, you'll help transform vision into action—partnering with executive leadership, supporting Board governance, leading enterprise-wide initiatives, and ensuring organizational priorities move forward with purpose and accountability.

• Strengthen collaboration across departments and service lines
• Develop executive communications, presentations, and reporting
• Help shape the future of an organization serving thousands across New England
