Job Summary:
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching, research, and the delivery of evidence-based clinical care. The primary responsibility will be to lead integrated clinical and investigative programs that advance the department's strategic priorities. This individual will direct the Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery, ensuring excellence in patient care, medical education for students, residents, and fellows, and the development of high-impact research that informs clinical practice. Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Associate Professor:
o Doctor of Medicine degree
o Fellowship trained in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery
o Board certified in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery
o Associate Professor / Professor Level with experience in academic leadership
o Ability to obtain a Colorado MD license
Professor:
o Doctor of Medicine degree

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:
Associate Professor: $350,000 - 410,000
Professor: $430,000 - 510,000
The annual stipend for the Division Chief has been established at $30,000 in addition to 0.30 FTE of protected time.
This position is eligible to participate in a metric-based incentive following 12 months of employment.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
