Salary Range: $315,000 to $350,000 per year + bonus potential based on organization and individual performance
Terrific Chief Operating Officer ("COO") position with a highly regarded nonprofit in Virginia. The organization's mission is to strengthen the well-being of the people serving in America's military and their families.
Reporting to the CEO, the COO will be responsible for global mission delivery across 260 locations. The COO will empower a diverse team of 450+ staff and oversee a $75M operating budget. This role will have responsibility for continuous improvement, innovation, and impact of the organization's programs and services.
Responsibilities:
Lead global delivery and field operations for the organization's programs and services across 260 locations
Develop and implement strategies that focus on mission delivery, operational excellence, and impact
Empower teams globally, overseeing a team of 450+
Utilize data, KPI's, and measurable insights to inform strategy and program effectiveness
Assess organizational effectiveness and ensure resources are aligned with areas of most need
Guide the creation of new programs and services
Partner with the CEO and Leadership Team on organizational strategic plans
Qualifications:
15+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years of executive management experience
