Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the CEO’s key partner and second-in-command. The COO will lead day-to-day operations, drive execution of company strategy, and oversee deal execution, marketing, finance, people, systems, and processes.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic and highly organized professional who can build scalable operations while maintaining a strong client-focused culture.
Job Responsibilities
10+ years of experience in operations, general management, or business leadership.
5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role.
Experience in M&A, financial services, professional services, healthcare, accounting, or a related industry preferred.
Strong financial, operational, and strategic business acumen.
Proven experience leading teams and scaling organizations.
Strong process improvement, systems, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Ability to work full-time, in office, in Carmel, IN.
