Our client is seeking a high-impact Chief Operating Officer to partner closely with the CEO and take full ownership of day-to-day operations for a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare services organization. This role is for a true operator — not a “strategy-only” executive. If you like building systems, scaling teams, and driving results, this seat is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Run company operations like a pro — HR, recruiting, finance, IT, compliance, facilities, and program delivery
• Build scalable processes across every department
• Implement KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems company-wide
• Lead senior leadership and department heads
• Standardize workflow across multiple locations
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Improve speed, quality, and efficiency across the business
• Drive execution on strategic initiatives and company growth plans
• Be the CEO’s right hand for operations execution

Qualifications:

• Senior operations leadership experience (healthcare, behavioral health, social services, or multi-location orgs strongly preferred)
• Proven track record managing large teams and complex operations
• Strong business acumen + financial literacy
• Process-driven and execution-oriented
• Confident leader who holds people accountable
• Experience scaling organizations
• Comfortable with growth, change, and pressure
• Clear communicator with strong executive presence
