Job Description

Results-driven nonprofit operations leader with extensive experience overseeing multi-program service delivery, organizational performance, and regulatory compliance in complex, mission-driven environments. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across homeless services, outreach, housing navigation, case management, and supportive programs to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Expert in translating executive vision into operational execution by building scalable systems, improving workflows, and driving accountability across departments. Strong background managing large, multi-site teams while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local funding requirements, including grants, contracts, audits, and reporting standards.

Highly experienced in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing program outcomes, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. Demonstrated success overseeing publicly funded programs, with preferred experience in Los Angeles County systems (LAHSA, HUD, DHS, DMH) and HMIS platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit, homeless services, human services, or related sectors (nonprofit required)
  • 5+ years of senior management experience supervising multi-department teams
  • Proven experience managing government-funded programs and compliance requirements
  • Strong knowledge of homelessness services, housing programs, and vulnerable populations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage performance, and implement operational systems
