LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced executive leader (COO/CFO) to oversee the business and administrative functions of a Law Firm. This individual will partner closely with leadership to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance & Accounting - Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, billing, collections, and overall financial strategy.
  • Operations & Administration - Oversee the day-to-day business operations of the firm, ensuring efficient processes, policies, and administrative support functions.
  • Human Resources - Provide leadership for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
  • Information Technology - Oversee technology infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and technology initiatives that support firm operations and client service.
  • Facilities & Office Management - Manage office operations, facilities, vendor relationships, lease administration, and workplace initiatives.
  • Marketing & Business Development - Support firm growth through oversight of marketing efforts, branding, client development initiatives, and business development strategy.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution - Partner with firm leadership to establish priorities, execute strategic initiatives, improve profitability, and support long-term organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • CPA required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Progressive leadership experience overseeing finance, operations, and administrative functions, within a law firm structured as a partnership
  • Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational improvements.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.

Compensation:

$200,000-$275,000

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision

PTO is offered on an accrual basis

Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law
