Job Description: Assists the CEO in the development and implementation of the mission, goals and objectives of the facility as established by the governing body. Assumes responsibility for managing the daily operations of the facility, ensures compliance with hospital, JCAHO, federal, state, local and other regulating agency standards and serves as Acting Administrator in the absence of the CEO.

Qualifications: Job Requirements Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, MSW, LPC or related behavioral health field. Experience: Five years in a senior management position of an administrative/leadership level in the mental health care field. Hospital experience preferred. Licensure/Certification: Not required. Knowledge: Must possess knowledge of organizational theory, decision-making processes, human resource and financial management, and marketing. Must understand and act upon complex issues and problems, must communicate and interact effectively with a variety of people.
