As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be CO with its CFO, second-in-command at Industrial, you’ll work closely alongside our President, Frank DiRico, to enhance our company’s impact. Your initial objectives will include: - Building/ recruiting, evaluating the current team structure to optimize performance and collaboration. - Developing a comprehensive business strategy with Frank DiRico that aligns with our long-term vision. - Collaborating with President Frank Dirico to craft a clear and compelling mission statement for the company, ensuring it resonates with our values and market goals. - Leading efforts to foster a high-performance culture and drive operational excellence across all departments. |
