We are looking for a true, hands-on Leader & Operator to build the future of a sustainable industry leader!
Are you an elite operator who loves to strategize but thrives even more when rolling up your sleeves and getting into the day-to-day grit of a business? Do you reject corporate bureaucracy and ivory towers in favor of real, visible impact?
If so, our fast-growing organization wants you as our next Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator!
LOCATION & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Where: Manhattan, New York City (Beautiful office space!)
- Model: 100% On-site
- Hours: Standard Business Hours.
- Travel: 1–2 times per month (ramping up in stages). Includes day trips to our East Coast distribution center and bi-monthly trips to our incredible international back-office operations (Passport required!).
COMPENSATION & LONG-TERM UPSIDE
We believe in rewarding the operator who directly drives our growth. We offer an incredibly competitive package with massive financial upside:
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $180,000
- Performance Bonus: Estimated at an additional $50,000+ minimum
- Profit Sharing: Generous profit-sharing structures tracking an additional $50,000 – $60,000 as we scale
- Total Target Compensation (OTE): $200,000 – $300,000+ total package potential!
JOB DESCRIPTION
As our COO / Integrator, you will take the wheel of day-to-day operations, moving fluidly between high-level modeling and boots-on-the-ground execution. One week you will be modeling next year's operational plan; the next, you will be restructuring our inventory pipeline, handling customer groundwork, or running a hiring loop.
What your day-to-day ownership looks like:
- Ultimate Operational Accountability: Personally overseeing operations, logistics, marketing, finance, and admin. (Our Head of Sales will also sit under you in the future!)
- Process Optimization: Digging into our workflows (orders, tracking international shipments, handling customer complaints, chasing outstanding bills) and making them aggressively efficient using modern tools and AI.
- Leadership Development: Taking our capable but junior department staff and empowering them into strong, accountable leaders.
- Financial Stewardship: Personally owning the P&L, managing cash flows, building financial models, and auditing forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS
We are not looking for a traditional desk-oriented executive or a pure strategist who needs a massive corporate structure to be effective. We need a player-coach.
- Experience: 10–15+ years of progressive operating leadership inside a small-to-mid-sized business ($10M–$100M). You do not need 10 years with the official "COO" title—we highly value someone who has organically grown into the seat!
- Financial Literacy: Highly fluent in numbers—can build models, scrutinize balance sheets, manage a sizable P&L, and make data-driven decisions.
- Execution Track Record: Definitive proof that you have built or completely rebuilt core operational workflows from scratch in lean environments.
- Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable with modern ERPs and workflow dashboards, and eager to use AI to automate manual tasks.
- Character Traits: People-oriented, accountable, deeply motivated, and possessing an innate ability to raise the performance bar for everyone around you.
- Nice-to-Haves: Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish; prior experience in manufacturing, CPG, distribution, or any physical-goods business with a real supply chain.
