Summary:

Provides the operational leadership, organizations administrative, operational functions, and driving the financial performance to achieve growth goals for the Ambulatory Division. Work with community leadership to drive opportunities and strengthen county initiatives. Lead and provide operational oversight and guidance for the Broward Health Physician Group; to ensure organizational standardization. Ensure the division has the proper organizational controls, administrative reporting, processes, procedures and personnel in place to effectively grow, ensuring financial viability and operating efficiency. Responsible for planning, evaluating, and implementing the operation of services in various components of the ambulatory division to ensure attainment of goals and objectives.

Education:

Essential:

• Master's degree required.

Experience:

Essential:

• Seven or more years of experience of related experience required.
• Significant multi-physician practice management experience at the AVP level or higher strongly preferred.
