Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree. A minimum of four years of experience in the administration and management of a municipal aquatic system is required. Must possess a valid Driver s license. Must be able to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends on a varied work schedule.

Executive level position in planning and directing the activities of the Miami-Dade Office of Drowning Prevention, Division which facilitates the Zero Drownings Miami-Dade initiative.
Responsibilities include scheduling, registering and monitoring evidence bases swim lessons and transportation for thousands of children from M-DCPS, Charter/Private Schools, Head Start/Private Child Care Centers and youth camps.
Coordinates support, budget and funding from anchor partners including but not limited to - The Childrens Trust, Miami-Dade County, M-DCPS, United Way Miami, The Miami Foundation, and The American Red Cross.
Oversees and facilitates initiative agreements and resolutions from Board of County Commissioners, The Childrens Trust, The Miami Foundation, M-DCPS/Charter Schools, municipal/private swim providers and childcare centers.
