About the Company:

With over 150 years of combined experience, the business has successfully delivered thousands of "world-first" projects for hundreds of clients across the globe.
As we continue to scale globally, we are seeking a commercially astute Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue strategy across North America, one of our most critical growth markets.
About the Role:
This is a pivotal executive role responsible for building and optimising Minetek's end-to-end revenue engine across the North American region.
You will lead and align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Pricing functions, ensuring a unified, high-performing commercial strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
The CRO will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes aligned with Minetek's global growth objectives.
