This position serves on the Executive Team and reports to the Director of the agency. POSITION DUTIES
The Chief Revenue Officer reports to the Agency Director and will be responsible for executing the mission critical duties of overseeing and approving all retail sales initiatives; marketing support; lottery game development; creative services and advertising; promotional activity; retailer recruitment strategies; communications; and special events. The CRO will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities to optimize and generate revenue growth.
Executive Responsibilities  Â
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Â
Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience
Ten or more years of retail-based relevant work experience in consumer products or services with oversight of sales, marketing and/or merchandising, product development and/or promotions, and communications and/or special events. Prefer five to ten years of selling, merchandising and/or marketing Lottery products from concept to market. Â
Self-sufficient with standard PC software programs. Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
