Role Summary
20+ years of experience in technology leadership with proven track record of driving enterprise-scale GenAI transformation. This role combines CTO-level architecture leadership, consulting advisory, and internal capability building, with a strong focus on Insurance / Re-Insurance clients.

Client Consulting & Transformation:
Lead CXO-level engagements, workshops, and advisory sessions
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI strategy and transformation roadmaps
Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions and executable architectures
Support RFP/RFI, solutioning, and large deal pursuits
Build strong executive and technical credibility with stakeholders

Business Growth & Market Leadership
Enable account growth and expansion through transformation initiatives
Position differentiated solutions competitively in the market
Build strong industry presence and brand credibility

Technical (including GenAI) & Enterprise Architecture Leadership
Define end-to-end architecture across applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and AI
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Drive decisions on scalability, performance, resiliency, security, and cost optimization
Establish enterprise AI stacks and platform strategies
Design and implement agentic AI systems
Experience with MCP Connectors, vector databases and enterprise data ecosystems
Ability to shape AI-driven opportunities and map business problems to AI solutions
Strong Insurance / Re-Insurance domain expertise (preferred)
