The Chief Systems Engineer oversees the technical execution of Electronic Warfare programs in Clifton, NJ, reporting to the Sr. Manager.
They provide technical leadership on EW systems, including Electronic Attack, Support Measures, and Protection, guiding development, integration, testing, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities include defining system architectures, leading trade studies, managing risk, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with program and customer teams.
Qualifications include 10+ years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree, active security clearance, and expertise in EW systems, systems engineering, and leadership. Preferred skills involve experience with hardware/software integration, large-scale development, and business capture.
Position offers a 9/80 schedule, competitive salary, benefits, and up to 10% travel. Candidates must be U.S. citizens eligible for security clearance.
