Position Overview
The CTO will be a key member of executive leadership team and will be responsible for the company’s overall technology strategy, engineering organization, AI architecture, healthcare technology initiatives, and technical execution.
This is not simply a software engineering leadership position.
We are looking for a technology executive who can understand complex healthcare business challenges, identify where AI can create meaningful operational and commercial value, and build the teams, platforms, and systems required to bring those solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities
1. Define AI Healthcare Technology Strategy
Develop and execute the company’s long-term technology strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
Create a clear technology roadmap for the application of artificial intelligence across traditional healthcare organizations.

Identify high-value opportunities to apply AI across hospitals, physician groups, clinics, healthcare networks, senior care organizations, health management companies, and other traditional healthcare businesses.
Focus on areas such as:
* Healthcare operations automation
* Clinical workflow optimization
* AI-assisted decision support
* Patient engagement
* Patient management

3. Build and Lead the Technology Organization
Build technology organization from the ground up.
Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams across areas including:

4. Develop AI Healthcare Platform
Lead the architecture and development of core healthcare AI technology platform.

Partner closely with the CEO, COO, product leadership, business development teams, healthcare experts, and strategic partners.
Lead technology initiatives through the full commercialization lifecycle:

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* 15+ years of technology, engineering, or related professional experience preferred
* Significant senior technology leadership experience as a CTO, CIO, VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, Chief Digital Officer, or equivalent
* Proven experience building and leading high-performing technical organizations
* Experience building technology teams or platforms from an early-stage environment
* Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, data platforms, cloud architecture, and enterprise software
* Experience developing and deploying enterprise AI products
* Experience working with healthcare technology, digital health, healthcare IT, or healthcare transformation strongly preferred
* Experience integrating modern technology with complex legacy enterprise systems
* Strong understanding of product development and commercialization
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical strategy and execution
* Strong executive leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment

The successful CTO will be expected to:

Compensation
We offers a competitive executive compensation package based on experience, leadership capability, technical background, and demonstrated results.
Base Salary: $250,000 – $320,000 annually
Performance Bonus: Competitive annual executive bonus opportunity
Equity: Executive-level equity participation available
Exceptional candidates with significant AI healthcare leadership experience may be considered for compensation above the stated range.
