Position Overview

ITSC is seeking a Facilities and Computer Operations Site Infrastructure Integration Chief to support Missile Warning Integration and Test activities. This role provides leadership across all aspects of FORGE facilities, computer hardware, and operational site infrastructure, ensuring mission readiness and alignment with enterprise integration requirements.

The position requires thorough familiarity with the technologies and technical programs that interface with Missile Warning systems and supports sustained operations across multiple operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform duties as Facilities and Computer Operations Site Infrastructure Integration Chief for Missile Warning Integration and Test.

  • Lead integration of FORGE facilities and computer hardware at operational sites

  • Support IT infrastructure engineering across compute, storage, networking, and virtualization environments

  • Coordinate facilities engineering activities including power, cooling, monitoring, and control systems

  • Support operations site integration and multi-site coordination efforts

  • Lead ground system modernization, hardware refresh planning, and obsolescence management

  • Support CONOPS development, system verification & validation (V&V), and configuration management

  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and physical security requirements

  • Coordinate with SSC, USSF, and government stakeholders to support site readiness

Required Knowledge & Technical Expertise

  • FORGE

  • Command and Control (C2) Systems

  • SBIRS / OPIR ground system infrastructure

  • Missile Defense ground system interfaces

  • Satellite and Electronic Warfare (EW) ground system facility requirements

  • ITW/AA Enterprise

  • SSC and U.S. Space Force (USSF) site readiness processes

  • CONOPS development

  • System Verification & Validation (V&V)

  • DevSecOps

  • Agile / Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

  • Configuration management

  • IT infrastructure engineering (compute, storage, networking, virtualization)

  • Facilities engineering (power, cooling, monitoring, and controls)

  • Operations site integration and multi-site coordination

  • Ground system modernization and hardware refresh planning

  • Obsolescence management

  • Cybersecurity requirements for infrastructure and physical security controls

  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience supporting infrastructure, facilities, or operations-site integration for DoD or space systems

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related technical discipline

  • Demonstrated experience integrating IT infrastructure and facilities in operational environments

  • Ability to support on-site operations at Buckley Space Force Base

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
