Clinical responsibilities include conducting comprehensive initial evaluations lasting 60-90 minutes, performing 30 medication checks, and managing patients with serious mental illness and dual-diagnosis conditions involving mental health and substance use disorders. The clinician must maintain onsite presence for mandatory Wednesday team meetings while having flexibility for remote work on other scheduled days.
