About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Advocacy Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children, families, and community partners to ensure the voices and needs of children and youth are heard and addressed. You will assess needs, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to connect families with appropriate services and supports.
