Child & Adolescent Therapist – Fairfax City, VA
Join the Ellie Mental Health "herd" in Fairfax! We’re seeking a passionate and creative licensed clinician to provide therapy services for children, adolescents, and families in a flexible, supportive outpatient setting.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide therapy for youth and families
  • Develop and manage treatment plans and documentation
  • Maintain 25+ (full-time) sessions a week
  • Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven team
  • Support clients using creative and culturally informed approaches
  • Complete some case management & administrative tasks
What You Need
  • Master’s in a behavioral health field
  • Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
  • Experience working with children, teens, and families
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
  • Comfort with diverse populations and EHR systems
  • Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
  • Supervisor-eligible
  • Bilingual or certified in youth-focused modalities
  • Familiarity with local community resources
