1.

Ensures

appropriate

supervision

of

all

children

at

all

times

2.

Create

lesson

plans

and

implements

developmentally

appropriate

activities

that

meet

the

individual

needs

of

infants,

toddlers

and

preschoolers

3.

Prepare

educational

materials

prior

to

each

day

and

replace

properly

after

each

use

4.

Presents

classroom

activities

with

enthusiasm

and

frequently

acknowledges

the

positive

performance

of

children

in

the

classroom

5.

Closely

follow

all

health

procedures:

hand

washing,

change

and

sanitation

of

mats,

diaper

changing

stations,

toy

sanitation,

etc.

6.

Ensures

safety,

upkeep,

availability,

and

age

appropriateness

of

all

equipment

for

the

children

7.

Communicate

appropriate

information

to

parents

in

a

positive

and

productive

manner

8.

Feed

children

and/or

assist

in

feeding

children

as

age

appropriate

9.

Change

diapers

of

infants

and

toddlers

and

assist

young

children

with

toilet

training

as
