Your Impact
As a Guide (Teacher), you'll either Lead or support a mixed-age Montessori classroom in our Infant, Toddler, and Children's House (ages 3–6) programs.
You'll help create a calm, engaging environment where children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Through thoughtful observation, meaningful relationships, and beautifully prepared classrooms, you'll help each child grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
