We are seeking a dynamic and driven Child Care Center Assistant Director with daycare or preschool enrollment experience to support center operations, lead our team, and help drive growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with passion to inspire staff, children, and families every day.
• Ensure full compliance with all state licensing regulations and health/safety standards.
• Recruit, coach, and engage educators to foster a high-performing, collaborative team.
• Support teachers in successfully implementing our proprietary curriculum in fun and creative ways.
• Conduct engaging tours, host community events, and actively drive student enrollment and family retention.

Qualifications

• Required: Prior marketing and childcare experience.
• Required: At least 1 year of childcare center leadership or management experience and 1 year of teaching experience. 
• Required: Director/Administrative credential (per state licensing requirements).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
