About the Role:Join Bright Beams Academy as a Child Care Assistant Director in Redmond, WA, where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing young minds. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on growth and development.
Need to be fully in merit with a state certificate or equivalent to assist the new school with our grand opening and launch procedures.
A center director must meet the following qualifications:
(i) Be at least eighteen years old;
(ii) Have an ECE state certificate or equivalent as approved
Responsibilities:- Assist in managing daily operations of the child care facility.
- Support the Director in implementing educational programs and curricula.
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care and education.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child development.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health standards.
- Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:- Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Previous experience in child care or education leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Passion for fostering a positive learning environment for children.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
